Terms of Service / Terms of Use

These Terms govern the transactional use of Cocoshede by business users. They define the service scope, intellectual-property rights, customer license, pricing, delivery conditions, liability limits, and governing law.

01

Scope of application and B2B status

These Terms govern access to and use of Cocoshede, a web-based automated AI Enterprise Architect tool that generates AI adoption maps, 12-week roadmaps, ROI models, risk controls, and downloadable executive reports from abstract business inputs.

The service is intended exclusively for businesses, entrepreneurs, freelancers acting in a commercial capacity, public-sector bodies, professional organizations, and corporate entities. Cocoshede is not offered as a consumer product for private household use. By using the service, the customer represents that it acts for business or professional purposes.

02

Service description

Cocoshede uses an abstract mapping model. Users submit categorical configuration information such as industry, scale, data-footprint classes, systems-of-record categories, workflow bottlenecks, security posture, implementation appetite, and short operational descriptions. The service then generates an automated strategic blueprint and, after payment unlock, a full report suite.

Cocoshede does not require the customer to connect production databases, upload internal documents, disclose customer records, provide API keys, grant OAuth access, submit source code, or share proprietary datasets.

03

Intellectual property and customer license

The Cocoshede website, application interface, software code, design system, workflows, report templates, scoring methodology, multi-agent orchestration logic, structured prompts, benchmark logic, and underlying engineering methods remain the exclusive intellectual property of Cocoshede or its licensors.

Upon successful purchase, Cocoshede grants the buyer a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, download, copy, archive, internally distribute, and internally present the generated PDF Executive Reports, architecture diagrams, ROI tables, and roadmap outputs created specifically for that buyer's workspace.

The customer may use the generated outputs for board discussions, management presentations, procurement preparation, technical review, budget planning, and internal implementation scoping. The customer may not resell Cocoshede templates, reverse-engineer the generation logic, create a competing automated blueprinting service from the output structure, or remove Cocoshede branding where the output is externally shared unless separately agreed.

04

Pricing and digital delivery

The self-serve Cocoshede blueprint unlock is offered as a one-time transactional digital purchase of €99.99 / $99.99, depending on checkout configuration and payment processor currency handling. Taxes, VAT, and currency conversion may be calculated and displayed by the payment processor during checkout.

After successful payment processing through the web app gateway, the full reporting suite is instantiated immediately in the customer's workspace. Because the purchased artifact is a digital report generated and delivered immediately, all sales are final to the fullest extent permitted for B2B digital services under applicable law.

05

No professional warranty and limitation of reliance

Generated blueprints, architecture maps, ROI tables, compute assumptions, sovereignty tiers, roadmap steps, and technical recommendations are automated strategic recommendations generated by software, structured rules, benchmark assumptions, and advanced computational models. They are decision-support artifacts, not binding engineering specifications, legal opinions, tax advice, financial advice, procurement guarantees, or compliance certifications.

Cocoshede does not warrant that a recommended architecture will be technically successful in the customer's environment, that estimated compute costs or savings will materialize, that a deployment will satisfy all regulatory obligations, or that a specific AI provider, model, integration pattern, or vendor will remain available or suitable.

Final implementation decisions remain entirely with the customer's internal leadership, engineering, information security, finance, legal, procurement, and compliance teams. Customers must validate all assumptions against their actual systems, contracts, budgets, security requirements, and regulatory obligations before implementation.

06

Customer duties and prohibited inputs

The customer is responsible for submitting accurate abstract business information and for ensuring that submitted text does not include confidential records, personal data, trade secrets beyond high-level process descriptions, API credentials, access tokens, private keys, internal source code, production network details, or regulated datasets.

Cocoshede may reject, sanitize, or delete inputs that appear to contain secrets, credentials, personal data, or content outside the permitted abstract mapping model.

07

Liability

Cocoshede is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and liability under mandatory statutory product-liability rules where applicable. For slight negligence, Cocoshede is liable only for breach of material contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cocoshede is not liable for lost profits, failed AI implementation programs, unrealized savings, indirect damages, procurement decisions, vendor lock-in, regulatory non-approval, or customer-side misuse of automated recommendations.

08

Governing law and venue

These Terms and all contractual relationships arising from use of Cocoshede are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Place of performance and exclusive venue for all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract is Bonn, Germany, provided the customer is a merchant, legal entity under public law, special fund under public law, or otherwise acting in a business capacity where such venue agreement is legally permissible.
